My coaching is a calm, faith-centered space where we slow things down, listen closely, and work through what’s actually present — without pressure, fixing, or rushing growth.
People come to coaching carrying many layers — and often more than one area is present at a time.
This work is especially supportive for women navigating emotional or spiritual heaviness who are seeking healing, peace, and steadiness — without pressure or performance.
In our work together, common themes include:
Spiritual life and faith
Navigating your relationship with God, feeling stuck or disconnected in your faith, or longing for deeper spiritual grounding.
Purpose, identity & direction
Questions around calling, purpose, or identity — especially when life feels unclear or misaligned.
Career & life transitions
Support through job changes, career shifts, or seasons of uncertainty around next steps.
Relationships & marriage
Working through relational tension, communication challenges, or seasons of strain with care and compassion.
Body & self-worth struggles
Support for challenges around weight, body image, or self-worth as they connect to identity and emotional health.
A Note on Scope & Support: There are times when additional care is needed. I do not work with deep depression or active suicidal ideation. In those cases, I’m connected with trusted local therapists and can help make appropriate referrals. Some topics — such as spiritual deconstruction or processing faith after spiritual abuse — may come up naturally in coaching. These conversations are held gently and thoughtfully, when and if they arise, without pressure or agenda.
Coaching sessions are designed to feel peaceful and spacious — a place to slow down, breathe, and reflect without pressure. Our time together is conversational and grounded, allowing space for what’s present to surface naturally. As a coach, I show up as a steady listener and a source of encouragement. You can expect to be met with care, patience, and support — not correction or fixing. There’s no expectation of perfection here. You don’t need to have the right words, the right answers, or everything figured out. Growth is not rushed, and there’s no pressure to arrive at a specific outcome.
Sessions are one hour in length, offering consistent, dedicated space for reflection and support.
What tends to make this work most supportive is a willingness to be honest and open — without expecting yourself to be “fixed” or to have everything resolved overnight. This is about steady, meaningful movement forward, at a pace that feels safe and real.
The experience made me face my issues and tactfully face them. Bethany was always supportive of my decisions. Because of her help, I made a career change and it has been one of the best things I’ve done in the past ten years. Without her help, I don’t think I would have ever made the jump. - Heather
Bethany always follows up and never forgets important details. She is the shoulder to cry on and the person to lean on in times of trouble. She made me feel loved and appreciated and validated my feelings through everything. - Morgan
Life coaching changed my life. I started life coaching around the same time I got baptized. God used life coaching in a way I never thought possible. Not only did it help me get “unstuck” in life, but it opened my eyes to things that were holding me back that I never realized were a problem. I am so thankful for Bethany for being sensitive to the Holy Spirit.- Vanessa
I had so much stress after a bad divorce and family issues that I couldn’t cope with, which gave me anxiety. Her prayers and my reading Bible verses and scripture were a big thing for me. It brought me much closeness and peace. It was the best thing I did for myself. - Linda
